I always stay at this place because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, kettle, kitchen utensils, airport shuttle, TV. Staff are helpful – they even printed my boarding pass. I keep coming back for city trips.

We had a blast exploring the Wawel Royal Castle, it was like stepping into a fairy tale. The Jacuzzi & Bike Apartment was the perfect base for our adventures. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed, plus the bikes were a fun way to get around the city. We felt like true adventurers!

The only thing we wished for was a cooler nightlife scene near the apartment. We had so much energy after exploring during the day and it would have been awesome to have some more trendy bars or clubs nearby.

The location was great too, with a tram stop just a short walk away, making it easy to get to the city center. The neighborhood, Kazimierz, had plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes to explore. Plus, having the option to use the bikes provided was a big bonus, even though they were a bit old and in need of maintenance. Despite that, I still had a great time riding around the city. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the apartment was in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend the Jacuzzi & Bike Apartment for a wonderful stay in Krakow!

Communication with the owner was excellent, and the check-in and check-out process was effortless. Parking near the building was available, although it is paid from Monday to Saturday.

For families with children, it would be great to have some more child-friendly amenities or activities available, such as a small play area or toys.

The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and oven made it easy for us to cook our own meals and save some money. The apartment had a nice bathroom with a shower and even a washing machine, so we could clean our clothes during our stay. We found it convenient to have a toaster, washing machine, and microwave in the apartment for added convenience. The apartment had a comfortable bedroom, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring Krakow.

Personally, I found the toaster a bit old-fashioned, but I understand others might still enjoy its vintage charm.
